Once we have installed a customized turnkey microwave solution, we provide peace of mind and optimal network performance through our comprehensive customer support service. To accomplish this objective, we offer on-site support with hours of coverage and response times tailored to meet each customer’s individual requirements. As an example, we offer 24/7 coverage with 4 hour response time or 8/5 coverage with next day response time. To provide replacement capabilities and minimize outages, we maintain over $500,000 in radio spares.

The focal point for maintaining our customers’ systems is our network operations center (“NOC”). From this facility, we can troubleshoot problems, monitor performance and update and distribute software/firmware. This service is operational twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. If we are permitted access to our customer’s network, we can frequently detect potential problems before outages occur. This capability allows us to be pro-active rather than reactive.
